Day Retreat Workshops
Our day retreat workshops were created to provide a peaceful setting that brings harmony, balance and clarity within a small intimate group space. Participants come away feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, and reconnected to self and others.
With a maximum of 8 participants, the circle of women creates a warm and welcoming experience for all to immerse yourself in the harmonious sounds and healing power of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and other sacred instruments.
Individual workshops are created to support our spiritual, emotional, physical, and creative bodies.
Also included in each workshop is an auric field clearing, breath work and guided meditation. A nourishing and nutritious lunch is provided and allows participants time and space to come together and connect through our individual experiences.
Intention Setting, Essential Oils & Crystals workshop
Aroma Alchemy
A sanctuary of scent and sound, Aroma Alchemy is a soul-nourishing workshop designed to awaken your senses and elevate your spirit. This immersive experience blends the ancient wisdom of essential oils, the vibrational magic of sound healing, and the intentional art of crystal-infused alchemy. You’ll be guided through a powerful intention-setting ritual, creating space for clarity, manifestation, and healing on a deep energetic level.
In this workshop we will explore the unique therapeutic properties of essential oils—from grounding and calming blends like lavender and frankincense to energizing, heart-opening scents like citrus and rose. These natural essences help regulate the nervous system, shift emotional blocks, and bring the body back into harmony. Combined with the 90 minute Sound of Being™ session and the resonant tones of sound healing instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls and other sacred instruments, we will harness the collective energy, and allow for clearing while we learn to set new intentions to attract what we would like in our lives.
As part of the experience, you’ll craft your own personalized essential oil roller, thoughtfully infused with crystals chosen for their energetic alignment with your intentions. Whether you're calling in self-love, abundance, or inner peace, your custom blend will serve as a sacred tool to support you long after the workshop ends. Come tap into your intuitive power, connect with community, and leave feeling balanced, inspired, and deeply aligned.

A special event Day Retreat…
Cedar Springs Kiama Sound Healing
Set on a beautiful backdrop of 100 acres of lush rolling hills at the luxurious Cedar Springs Retreat on the south coast at Kiama, we are offering a special event sound healing workshop.
In a small intimate group setting we will spend a day together harnessing the transformative frequencies of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and other ancient sound healing instruments, a gentle yoga class, and a creative workshop. This full day workshop will provide you with ways to support your connection with your inner self. You will leave feeling clear, refreshed, grounded, balanced, inspired and empowered. A nutritious lunch, afternoon tea and dinner will also be provided.
If you are familiar with sound healing, or new to the practice, this full day retreat is not to be missed.
